An ICAST Statement Regarding COVID-19

ICAST is taking all necessary steps to keep its employees and the communities in which we work safe from COVID-19. For all team members to best protect themselves, teammates, clients, residents, and subcontractors, on-the-job measures have been put in place based on common-sense best practices and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines. All Colorado-based employees have been provided the necessary tools to work from home, and sales teams outside of the state are being accommodated based on city and state-wide rules and regulations.

Current ICAST construction projects around the country have become focused on exterior measures, allowing for progress to be made by our employees and subcontractors on projects while still maintaining social distancing. The exterior updates we are performing are helping properties to reduce maintenance costs, increase safety and security, and keep occupancy rates high in this time of crisis.
