Our Team

Milo has worked in the frontlines as a project manager and behind the scenes as an entrepreneur. He has the ability to design, develop, and implement training solutions for various clients as needed. Prior to joining iCAST, Milo was managing the day-to-day operations at one of Colorado’s largest retrofit contractors that provided insulation, weatherization, HVAC and other services. Milo has worked with iCAST for the past two years, as an Energy Efficiency certified instructor and OSHA instructor for iCAST’s energy efficiency training programs that has produced over 200 BPI certified energy auditors. Milo is also a BPI certified auditor and provides auditing and inspection services as needed.
