Pathways through Community Partnerships
Through ARRA funding provided by the US Department of Labor & Employment, iCAST had the opportunity to provide green jobs workforce training and certification for the underemployed, unemployed and incumbent workers with the following grants:

- Energy Training Partnership – Green Careers for Coloradans – Labor Community Agency

The iCAST Training program was originally developed through partnerships with local workforce agencies, industry partners, and state and community agencies across Colorado. As a technical organization, iCAST’s engineering team and partners developed and customized online and hands-on training with a focus on the green industry, including renewable energy, energy efficiency and green construction.
To date, iCAST has trained over 1,379 trainees in face-to-face classroom training, 3,513 online trainings and 962 individuals in certification training for OSHA, BPI and NABCEP. With a team focus, we have partnered with the following lead organizations to accomplish these goals:

INTERCAZ is a cost-effective, comprehensive software tool that helps students and contractors master CAZ testing by engaging them into an absorbing, life-like training game, similar to that used for flight simulators used in pilot training.
