Project Manager: ICAST Project Managers manage ICAST’s community projects, both national and international. These projects consist of engineering, technical, and business aspects, utilizing the triple bottom line impact (be socially responsible, environmentally friendly, and economically viable). The Project Manager will oversee a team of employees, consultants and volunteers and will perform the work required to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and are satisfactory to the clients. Account Manager: The Account Manager will service existing customers (which mainly include multifamily residential building owners and nonprofit facility owners). Duties include resolving customer requests after their green rehab project is finished and staying in touch with customers with the intent of providing future green rehab services to their other buildings. Community Engagement Manager: ICAST projects focus on using local resources for local benefit, and the Community Engagement Manager is the person who makes that connection.
