Ravi is an experienced engineer and social entrepreneur who has established a variety of enterprises in India, Africa and the US with an emphasis on sustainable technologies. He is currently focused on finding financially sustainable models to solve the U.S. affordable housing crisis while tackling climate change through the efforts of ICAST and TBL Fund. Ravi holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and master’s degrees in both engineering and business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

He has over 30 years of accounting experience, majority of which has been in the construction and operations fields. Greg feels strongly about being proactive in making a better place for tomorrow, which is a major reason why he chose to work at ICAST. Greg enjoys spending time with family and friends, is an avid reader, and a Colorado Avalanche Fan.

Noreen has more than 20 years experience working with affordable housing, energy efficiency, and sustainable community issues. Prior to joining ICAST, she directed several major HUD projects including the Location Affordability Index and the ​Community Health Index and Assessment Tool. She’s consulted for numerous national housing and community development nonprofits and served as the Director of State and Local Policy for Enterprise Community Partners. Noreen holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from the University of Texas-Austin and Bachelor’s degrees in Urban Affairs and Political Science from the University of Rhode Island.

Eli feels strongly about environmental work because it has meaningful impacts that we see every day. In his free time, he enjoys reading and snowboarding.

Nick is a green collar professional with nearly ten years of proven success in the design and implementation of demand side management programs. As the DSM Manager for ICAST, he continues his mission to drive economic, environmental, and social change through energy efficiency. Nick holds degrees in Environmental Studies and Economics from the University of Colorado. When not working to expand ICAST’s DSM programs Nick enjoys spending his time in the alpine.

Lyndsay is an experienced renewable energy and demand side management (DSM) guru with over 8 years of utility experience. During her most recent tenure, she directly managed distributed generation rooftop solar programs in Colorado and New Mexico. She also contributed to the development and launch of several DSM programs, and managed a renewable energy portfolio (Purchase Power Agreements) consisting of over 3,200 MW of Wind, Solar and Hydro. Lyndsay holds a B.S. in Marketing and B.A. in Spanish from Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Ola received her BA in Environmental Engineering with a focus on energy from the University of Colorado. While attending school, she worked with the staff mechanical engineer performing energy audits for a variety of buildings on campus. Post-graduation, Ola went on to do mechanical design, drafting, and energy modeling. She then joined an engineering evaluation firm as a primary engineer, executing Measurement and Verification (M&V) requirements through onsites. Ola has a long history with non-profits facilitating the implementation and evaluation of building upgrades. In her free time, she enjoys playing ultimate Frisbee and experimenting in the kitchen.

Kyle received a BS in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and MS in Renewable Energy Engineering from The University of New South Wales. He has led and participated in a number of capacity building development projects in various countries including Nicaragua, Nepal, Australia and Cambodia. Kyle brings an educational background in building science and renewable energy systems, and a year's experience as a licensed HERS rater to his position. Outside of work, Kyle can be found either practicing or teaching yoga or enjoying Mother Nature.

Mr. Rockenbaugh is an Engineer with ICAST, providing customers with estimates of costs, savings and rebates for multifamily properties, in addition to consulting, utility allowance analysis, and measurement and verification (M&V). Caleb is the Principal and Founding Engineer with the Isideo Collective, and worked as an engineer with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) for over a half-decade. His experience includes net zero energy residential buildings, high performance schools, as well as data centers and lab facilities, working to minimize energy use and incorporate and maximize renewable energy technologies.

Charlie works on ICAST’s engineering team supporting the work that ICAST does on multifamily buildings. He is passionate about energy efficiency and has a background in modeling and testing buildings to find ways to make buildings more efficient. Charlie has also worked for the USEPA cleaning up hazardous waste and for the US Peace Corps in Kenya. Charlie received his Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech. In his free time he is working on home projects with his wife and kids and enjoying the outdoors by biking and skiing.

He received his B.S. in Energy-Focused Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and has extensive programming and energy modeling experience. Ian is an avid biker and speaks Spanish and Portuguese.

Jeff worked in computer development at Hewlett Packard for 20+ years as an electrical engineer and engineering manager. He has been very active working in community development as a volunteer with Engineers Without Borders for several years. Jeff is a certified PMI Project Management Professional. In his free time he enjoys outdoor activities in the mountains, especially mountain biking.

Chuck graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.  He has worked for nonprofits for 15 years and chose ICAST for the social enterprise aspect of our work. Chuck enjoys gardening, mountain climbing, and hiking with his wife Tara and daughters Quinn & Maggie.

Jeff has been in energy efficiency savings sales since 1991. Most recently he worked Consulting design/build for lighting and controls upgrades in St. Louis and nationally. Through his position he has had the chance to work with both the public and the private sector. Jeff likes ICAST because he enjoys helping through all our cost saving and quality upgrading methods. In his free time, Jeff enjoys back yard bbqs and is a musician.  He has been a drummer for 30 years in area bands and at his church.
