ICAST’s Director of Business Development, Ryan Kristoff, and Sales Development Representative, Curt Shepard attended the National Association for State Community Service Programs (NASCSP) Annual Training Conference in late October. ICAST was proud to be both a presenter and exhibitor at the event which focused on discussing two core federal programs the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) and the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) program. ICAST helped to provide expertise and shape the discussion around how State WAP administrators and agencies should tackle multifamily housing with federal weatherization dollars. Mr. Kristoff presented on a panel with Troy Cucchiara and Stephanie Insinna-Sahondo from New Mexico and Colorado respectively on best practices to setting up Statewide Multifamily Weatherization Programs.
