TBL Fund Receives Award to Facilitate Green Projects in Underserved Communities

Triple Bottom Line Foundation (TBL Fund) was recently awarded $125,000 from the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund, which it will leverage to increase its capacity to finance green projects for multifamily affordable housing and disadvantaged communities. TBL Fund provides development services and customized financial products to help preserve affordable housing, create local jobs, and address climate change.

The award was made through the fiscal year 2022 funding round of the CDFI Program. The CDFI Program provides monetary awards to invest in and build the capacity of CDFIs, empowering them to grow, achieve organizational sustainability, and contribute to the revitalization of low-income and distressed communities nationwide.
