    Visit jobsites as needed, monitor job progress and keep ICAST and customer informed of important dates.

  • 03

    Monitor scope of work, plans, take-off, layouts, shop drawings, scheme breakdown and materials, report daily of job activities, maintain material inventory at the job site.

  • 04

    Assist in identifying and selecting local subcontractors including issuing and review of bids from subs.

Inside Sales

The primary focus of this position is to support ICAST’s business development efforts. In this position you will be expected to make sales calls to potential customers undertaking green upgrades to multifamily properties.

The ERP Specialist is Responsible for overseeing the launch and ongoing operations of ICAST’s new Acumatica ERP system and related applications that govern accounting, finance, operations and other depts.

Software Integration Administrator

Primary role is to be able to integrate current ICAST software systems for operational efficiencies. Also involves interfacing ICAST databases with customer databases to meet client reporting needs. Additionally, ability to develop tools that can improve process efficiencies for ICAST staff is important.

What We’re Looking For

    Ensure ICAST is using its current software platforms efficiently including Salesforce, MS office suite, Acumatica (ERP system), BambooHR, etc.

    Develop programs or protocols that help transfer data from one database to another including transfer of data from MS Excel files into cloud databases and transfer data and reports efficiently to/from customers who use a variety of database platforms

  • 03

    Develop tools and programs that improve process efficiencies for ICAST. E.g. develop a tablet app that allows staff to collect data on-site and upload it once they are back in the office; Develop test routines that ensure the entire company IT platform is functioning efficiently

  • 04

    Propose improvements and efficiencies in ICAST processes. Monitor and analyze information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades, etc.). E.g. Assist staff in discovering efficient ways to organize, store and analyze data and files, with attention to security and ease of use

Building Design Services Engineer

Multifamily Apartment buildings are huge consumers of materials and energy. A key focus for the Building Engineer is to help our customers design and build properties that minimize energy consumption and improve the health, comfort and safety of its tenants.

What We’re Looking For

    Help with the design and install of some of the key elements of a building such as HVAC, DHW, lighting, etc. Work collaboratively with architects and other construction professionals who are part of the customers design team, to produce an efficient multifamily building

  • 02

    Some computer modeling and simulation of buildings may be required but primary emphasis will be on reading design drawings and recommending specifications of higher efficiency equipment to the design team

  • 03

    Be involved during the early stages of building design to influence the energy consumption of the multifamily buildings

  • 04
