Ravi is an experienced engineer and social entrepreneur who has established a variety of enterprises in India, Africa and the US with an emphasis on sustainable technologies. He is currently focused on finding financially sustainable models to solve the U.S. affordable housing crisis while tackling climate change through the efforts of ICAST and TBL Fund. Ravi holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and master’s degrees in both engineering and business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

Marcia leads ICAST’s financial, accounting, and administrative functions. She is a former CPA and has experience as a commercial banker. Marcia holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental science and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Denver.
Director of Operations

John manages the operations of ICAST’s Multifamily Building Retrofit program. He has extensive experience in green construction, project scope development, subcontractor relations, process mapping and systems development and has been a member of the committee for the Dept. of Energy to develop energy efficiency training for managers of multifamily properties. John received his B.S. in computer science and business management from Metro State University, and his B.S. in natural resource management from Colorado State University.
Business Development Manager

Ryan works in several capacities for ICAST including writing proposals for grants, creating business development opportunities, and assisting with various marketing functions. Ryan has several years of non-profit development experience and graduated with a B.A. in history and philosophy from the University of Connecticut. He is an AmeriCorps VISTA alumni and is passionate about making a positive impact in the world.

Ed manages ICAST’s various rehab and grant programs. He was a Product Marketing Manager for Arrow Electronics before he decided he wanted shift gears to work in a career focused on sustainability. Ed completed a Master’s Degree in Environmental Policy and Management at the University of Denver. He enjoys volunteering at Swallow Hill Music Association, Colorado Mountain Biking Association, and Rocky Mountain Wild.
Business Development Executive
Matt Naughton, ICAST’s Business Development Executive in New Mexico, brings very unique experience to our team: a background that ranges from banker to cowboy along with expertise in technology, investment banking, agriculture and construction. More recently, Matt was general manager for a GB-98 contracting company in Albuquerque that specializes in servicing multifamily housing. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting, golf and traveling.
Business Development Executive
Dawn manages the DSM program in Utah, focusing on energy saving measures within multifamily communities. Dawn has 30+ years of experience in the housing industry, with extensive background in areas including multi-family operations and renovations. Dawn offers training and expertise in the latest market trends and has been recognized multiple times in the industry. Dawn has receiving awards for Outstanding Customer Service and Vendor Partner of the Year by the Utah Apartment Association, where she serves as a board member and is co-chair on the Community Service Committee
Business Development Executive
Drew brings in new business for our multifamily retrofit and green consulting services. He previously worked in international development, founding and managing a nonprofit empowering youth in Cambodia. Prior to that, he worked in sales of HVAC and electrical training seminars. Drew holds a B.S. in business finance and an MBA from Colorado State University. He is passionate about energy efficiency, and loves to spend time outdoors with his family.
Rachel develops ICAST’s program and project capacity by raising impact investments, establishing new programs, and ensuring programmatic regulatory compliance. Rachel is passionate about making housing greener and more affordable, and has experience as a Policy Coordinator for the South Central Partnership for Energy Efficiency as a Resource and as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. She has a B.A. from Brown University and a J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin.

Josie is a skilled graphic designer and brings a sense of consistency and quality control to the ICAST brand. She is a graduate of The Art Institute of Colorado, spending the first 15 years of her career working in design, print, and production. In her free time, Josie is a woodworker and plays in several local bands.
Construction Project Manager
Jeremiah is the on-site project manager located in Albuquerque, NM. He has 15 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry and received his Bachelors of Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Jeremiah has resided in Albuquerque for 33 years and looks forward to making his city a better place to live. When he is not working, Jeremiah can be found spending time with wife and children or out hunting and fishing.
Energy Efficiency Engineer
Ian does modeling, assessments and M & V for ICAST’s energy efficiency engineering team. Ian received his B.S. in Energy-Focused Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and has extensive programming experience. In addition to past work in construction, Ian is an avid biker and speaks Spanish and Portuguese.

Aaron works on ICAST’s energy efficiency engineering team, doing modeling, assessments and M & V. Engineering builds on Aaron’s passions of design and research. Aaron holds a B.S. in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and enjoys biking in his spare time.

Nick identifies and implements energy efficient residential building systems for ICAST’s Operations Team. He brings a broad background in design, manufacturing, and industrial and residential construction project management. Nick is a certified BPI Building Energy Analyst and holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Bucknell University.
Brett Jackson, P.E.

Brett is collaborating with the Sorenson Impact Center to study the feasibility of applying a social enterprise pay-for-success model to effectively carry out green renovations and interventions for multifamily housing. He has experience developing and executing energy and water efficiency projects in commercial facilities within the government sector. Brett is a Professional Engineer and a Certified Energy Manager and enjoys volunteering as the Secretary of the Society of American Military Engineers Denver Metro Post, as well as spending time with his family.
Rob conducts energy audits, capital need assessments, and energy modeling for ICAST projects. He has worked in construction for more than 25 years. Rob holds a general contractor’s license, a BPI building analyst certification, NATE certification for HVAC, and is an EPA certified renovator.
Dr. JP McDaniels
JP manages ICAST’s resident engagement program. She is responsible for creating the educational materials and training programs and delivering the behavior change outreach. JP has taught at Naropa University, DeVry University, Red Rocks Community College, Colorado School of Mines, Westwood College and ITT Technical College, and worked as an editor, reporter, and technical writer. JP has a Masters level teaching certificate from Regis University, a Ph.D from Union Institute & University, as well as certifications in mediation, collaborative communications and engaged service learning.
Business Development Associate
Meg researches business development opportunities and assists in grant proposal writing at ICAST. She has 7 years of professional research and writing experience, and formerly served as research manager at a top political messaging firm. She holds a B.A. in History from the University of South Florida. In her spare time she’s an active landscape photographer and teaches historical fencing.

Vince has been in the energy savings business for over 19 years and is currently the Engineering Manager for ICAST. Vince spent 7 years working in New York City working on low income multifamily energy efficiency projects and assisted in managing the NYC Consolidated Multifamily & National Grid Multifamily programs. Prior to working in NYC Vince performed and supervised comprehensive energy audits and developed energy savings programs for K-12 and higher education institutions, healthcare facilities, heavy industry, and public housing. He earned a B.S. Mechanical Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines.
Field Project Manager
Nick is the Field Project manager for Salt Lake City, Utah. Nick has been in the construction industry for the last twenty years focusing on projects ranging from residential, commercial, and new construction exteriors. He has been expanding his knowledge of alternative energy systems from hands on application from building off the grid cabins. In his spare time, he can be found skiing, fishing, camping, or whitewater kayaking.

Suzi assists the staff in various administrative aspects at ICAST. She has a background in a variety of different fields, including administrative, criminal justice, customer service, retail, and music. She is a recent graduate from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a B.A. in music and a women’s studies minor. Suzi is happy to contribute and grow in an administrative capacity at ICAST to further its mission.

Barb supports all facets of accounting and administration at ICAST, helping with day-to-day requirements and special projects. She has a variety of experience in business and office administration, accounting, computer programming, and education. Barb has a B.A. in economics from Skidmore College and an M.S. in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She has lived in Colorado for 30 years and is happy to be working on projects that help improve the state she loves.

She has over 24 years of experience in management, administration, finance, information technology, training, end-to-end business processes, and business development. Cindy has a degree in accounting from Denver Metro State College.

Sue has many years of experience working in community relations with a global financial services corporation, including work in their Foundation and its Environmental Affairs unit. This experience gave her the opportunity to learn about the importance of sustainability. In that vein, Sue is pleased to work at ICAST in helping to further its goals.
