No-Cost Heat Pump Training Program




ICAST is implementing the BENEFIT (Buildings Energy Efficiency Frontiers & Innovation Technologies) project with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) to train the next generation of heat pump HVAC technicians.

This program seeks to connect trained employees and ready-to-hire employers through partnerships with manufacturers, workforce and HVAC associations, and other industry experts and relevant stakeholders.

This program is available to entry-level individuals who are looking to join the HVAC industry and experienced HVAC professionals looking for upskilling opportunities.
